Let’s get right to the menu. We have Buffalo chicken casserole, Paleo alfredo with carmelized leeks and bacon, spiralized tortilla espanola with chorizo, and breakfast meatloaf with simple healthy hash browns.
Buffalo Chicken Casserole is first up on our menu, from PaleOMG. This recipe calls for spaghetti squash, which can be hard to find at grocery stores. Hot sauce is a key to this recipe. Truthfully, I’m not a big fan of spaghetti squash so the next time I make this recipe, I’ll use spiralized zucchini.
Up next is Paleo Alfredo with Carmelized Leeks and Bacon, from Meatified. The recipe uses spiralized white sweet potatoes, but you can switch that out with regular potatoes or some other vegetable.
We have Spiralized Tortilla Espanola with Chorizo as a filling lunch meal, from the Inspiralized kitchen. The espanola has gorgeous layers and in addition to tasting great, is an attractive dish. Enjoy.
Our final meal is Breakfast Meatloaf with Simple Healthy Hash Browns. The meatloaf is from Meatified and the hash browns from TheNourishingHome. The combination of meatloaf and hash browns make for a hearty meal.
